Non-Fiction Comics Mini-Fest

The 2019 Non-Fiction Comics Mini-Fest will be held from 10am-4pm on July 20, 2019 at the Saint Albans Museum in St. Albans, VT.

This year we focus on history and memory with presentations on literary biography by Glynnis Fawkes (Charlotte Brontë Before Jane Eyre), the Civil War by Marek Bennett (Civil War Diaries of Freeman Colby Volumes 1 & 2), and the experiences of women veterans from VT and NH by Kurt Shaffert and Sarah Yahm (A Whole Lifetime of Firsts).

In addition, cartoonists Robert Brunelle, Frances Cannon, Joel Christian Gill, Elise Järnefelt, Rachel Lindsay, Ellen Lindner, Michael Mitchell, Michelle Sayles, Barney Smith, Luis Vivanco will be onsite selling comics—and the list keeps growing!
