With roots in Vermont Folklife’s Non-Fiction Comics Mini-Fest (2017-2019) and their partnership with the University of Vermont, the Pulp Culture Comic Arts Festival and Symposium in 2017 and 2018, NCFS celebrates the full scope of non-fiction cartooning with the Fletcher Free Library in Burlington, Vermont.
